What's my Customer ID?

By default your Customer ID is the same as your Dentrix customer number.

What's my Username?

Your Username for Mobile is the same as your eCentral Username.

If you are still unsure, contact your office administrator or eServices Support at 1-800-734-5561.


Why is a Valid Email Address Required?

The forgot password feature sends an email to the address on file containing instructions on how to change your password should you forget it.

Why do I need a Customer ID?

By requiring a Customer ID we can allow practices to have local user accounts that don't conflict with those of other practices.
